XAUUSD APPROACHING KEY 4H ORDER FLOW ZONE ABOVE CURVED SUPPORT
I observed a strong bullish structure developing after price established a sustained recovery from the lower range, where the market gradually transitioned into a sequence of higher highs and higher lows. As price progressed, the recovery remained constructive and continued to respect a curved support structure, confirming sustained bullish control and allowing the market to maintain upward momentum.
Recently, price accelerated sharply to the upside, producing a strong bullish expansion and approaching a previously established higher timeframe Order Flow zone. This region represents a technically significant area where price may encounter increased selling interest, particularly as the current advance has become extended from the underlying curved support.
At this stage, price is approaching the highlighted Order Flow zone, which acts as the primary area of interest and a key decision point for the current bullish structure. Rather than assuming an immediate reversal, I will be monitoring how price behaves within this region. A bearish candlestick pattern or clear rejection from the Order Flow zone would provide stronger evidence that sellers are beginning to regain control.
Speculative Outlook: Price is now approaching a key higher timeframe Order Flow zone. If bearish confirmation develops within the highlighted region, the market may initiate a corrective move toward the underlying curved support.
There is also a possibility of a liquidity grab above the Order Flow zone, where price briefly trades higher, captures resting buy-side liquidity, and then reverses back below the area. Such a reaction would strengthen the bearish case by confirming rejection after the liquidity has been taken.
